Procedure 2.8. How much is 20% of 3000 yen?
Select the JPY - Japanese yen item if available and if not already selected.
Type 3000 and press the

Enter 20 and press the

value had to be typed before the percentage.
Look at the result: it is equivalent to 600 yen.

Look at the result: 26.96 € or 3600 ¥ at the time of writing.

Enter 20 and press the
button or the % key. As with multiplications, the

Look at the result: 17.97 € or 2400 ¥ at the date of writing these lines.
